The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathy White can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Services for Lorna Kathleen “Kathy” Robbins White will be at 2PM, Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at East Jena Baptist Church, Jena, LA with Rev. Gary Norris and Rev. Jason Robbins officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 9PM, Monday, April 10th and from 10AM until time of service at 2PM, Tuesday, April 11th at the church. Interment will be at Belah Cemetery, Trout under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.

Lorna Kathleen “Kathy” Robbins White, 62 of Jena, passed from this life and went home to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 9, 2017. She was born on September 22, 1954 to the proud parents of Marshall Robbins and Ruby Stapleton Robbins. She was welcomed home by her parents, her brother Ricky Robbins; sister, Billie Robbins Bassett; and a grandbaby, Jayden Temple.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 44 years, John R. White of Jena; brothers, John Robbins of Jena, Buddy and wife Donna Robbins of Hornlake, MS; sister, Connie and husband Patrick Scott of Wisner; children, John White Jr., Sarah and husband Mark Ainsworth of Sulpher, Jeffery and wife Jennifer White of Jena, Cary and husband Gerald Williams of Jena, Coleen White of Jena; her life, the grandchildren, Daniel Jones, LeeAnn Jones, Cheyann White, Angela White, Caine Temple and lil miss, Anna Marie Temple and Helana Dixon-Ward; great granddaughter Zalena Richards; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Jones, Jeffery White, Tony Robbins, Jerry Wayne Robbins, Philip Faust, Dwight Mattoon, Josh Temple and Justin Bassett. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Williams, John White, Jr., Caine Temple, Michael Bassett, Chris Bassett, Mark Ainsworth, J.D. Beville, Joey Constance, John W. Robbins Sr. and Buddy Robbins.
